Position Overview:
We are seeking an Estimator with strong estimating skills and a solid understanding of residential construction composition. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient with estimating software, and able to interpret insurance scopes and supplement requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in residential construction estimating
   
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and labor requirements
   
• Proficiency in estimating software (Xactimate experience strongly preferred)
   
• Ability to review and supplement insurance claims effectively
   
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
   
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
   

Responsibilities:

• Review insurance adjuster estimates for accuracy and completeness
   
• Identify missing scope items and prepare supplements
   
• Accurately price materials, labor, permits, and other claim components
   
• Collaborate with clients to ensure claim documentation is complete
   
• Maintain high standards of accuracy and compliance in all estimates
